Проведенный обзор исследований показывает ценность использования РПГ для определения опыта привязанности. Первые исследования показали, что РПГ может служить определению особенностей этого опыта, и что имеет ценность анализ названий и историй, создаваемых на основе рисунков. Содержание историй может служить дополнительным источником информации, подтверждающей принадлежность испытуемых к той или иной категории привязанностей. Однако исследования пока не имели систематического характера, чтобы показать статистически значимые закономерности связи тем с типами привязанности. Каждое новое исследование с привлечением испытуемых с нарушенными привязанностями выявляло новые темы, позволяя расширить представление об особенностях арт-терапии с пациентами с нарушенными привязанностями.
Исследование Hyler (2002) способствовало изменению подхода к использованию рисунков. На основе данных классификации семейных рисунков Kaplan and Main (1986) было решено учитывать общее впечатление от рисунков птичьего гнезда в сочетании со списком признаков. Это дает лучшие результаты диагностики, по сравнению с использованием лишь отдельных признаков. Вплоть до настоящего времени список признаков, указывающих на разный тип привязанности имел рабочий, исследовательский характер. Всякий раз он уточнялся. В таблице 1 приводятся результаты всех представленных в статье исследований, характеризующие диагностический потенциал РПГ для оценки привязанности. Мы стремимся создать два классификационных системы – одну для детей и другую – для подростков и взрослых. Далее планируется охватить большие выборки, включающие студентов колледжа.
Представленные в статье данные помогают арт-терапевтам проводить оценку привязанностей. Используя метафору гнезда птицы можно оценивать надежность привязанности, определить как осознаваемые, так и неосознаваемые установки и представления клиентов относительно отношений, связанных с привязанностью. Можно на этой основе затем разрабатывать план лечения с целью изменения поведения и устранения симптомов.
Основываясь на невербальной передаче опыта, РПГ позволяет избежать трудностей и искажений, связанных с использованием опросников, связанных в том числе, с недостаточно развитыми речевыми навыками, защитами, низким рефлексивным потенциалом. Использование проективного механизма при создании РПГ позволяет избежать давления социальных норм. Как видно из результатов двух представленных исследований (Overbeck, 2002; Trewartha, 2004), самоотчеты могут оказаться недостоверными из-за стремления испытуемых сознательно или бессознательно представлять себя в более выгодном свете (Feder & Feder, 1998).
Надеемся, что арт-терапевты смогут оценить клиническую ценность РПГ и будут участвовать в дальнейших исследованиях валидности теста. Последующие исследования должны строиться на основе теории привязанностей, включать использование протоколов с системы оценивания с применением группы признаков, а также принимать во внимание те данные, которые были получены ранее. Целесообразен охват новых клинических групп и увеличение размера групп. Следует также проводить качественные исследования, чтобы определить ценность задания для самих клиентов и арт-терапевтов в процессе терапии.
